It’s a great time to be a Roadrunner fan! The guys have come back from an 0-2 road-trip with not one, but two wins. It’s so awesome to see all of the intensity and drive these guys show when they really need it the most. Hopefully you were at the convo last night, but if not… I guess you’ll just have to read about it!
Thursday evening, UTSA took on Charolette. We’ve had historic beef with this team at the Convo before, so everyone was on their toes at the beginning of the game. Though, it was pretty quick to see just how this game was going to go. Shots were dropping, passes were crisp and smooth. Heck, there were a few ugly plays that turned into something that looked pretty much like basketball. This game was one of those where everything just kind of fell into place.
By the end of the second quarter, all of the playable guys were on the floor… and scored at least two points! That’s a cool little feat for a team to achieve. As someone who watches these games consistently, it’s awesome to be able to catch all of the guys on the camera, not just the ones that play all the time.
As you check out the pictures below, watch their expressions as you do. These guys are really enjoying their craft at the moment and I think it’s really noticeable. Enjoy the epic game play of our UTSA Roadrunners below!
There you have it! The guys are on the road this week, but they’ll return to the convo a week from Thursday. The games are starting to really feel like there’s a crowd, so you’re not going to want to miss out on the last few!
